Rule Suggestions

I have a list of rules that are of follows:

- Rules:
1. Do not greif, Greifing is a serious offense to the server.
2. Please Don't Curse or flame, It will also give you a bad reputation!
3. Help other people by encouraging them!
4. Don't try to scare other people.
5. Have Fun, Please try to donate as it keeps the server up.
6. If you would like to have a build featured, please contact an admin.
7. Please don't advertise other servers, this server is a server to have fun not advertise.
8. If you need any help, feel free to contact a staff member!
9. All players should be friendly, If you are not then no one will be to you.
10. The server's time zone is EST, if you want to meet with server time, EST is 3 hours ahead of PST and one ahead of CST.
11. PvP is off. Please do not object.
12. The End & The Nether are closed for construction. Please do not make the admins catch you. Also a severe punishment rule.
13. Your superiors are currently RyRyFriel, Dulceice, grecoowns, Paradoxionn, Adam5596, iGoldenGaming. (Owner is red, Admins are blue)
14. Do not use TnT it is forbidden. The staff will know if you used it. (VIA Log/Admin gets messaged)
15. This is the most important: if you didn't build it, don't claim it's yours as if you were discovered; you have a serious punishment!
(These are rules that I think are fair. If you guys don't use them please leave suggestions for how I may improve them!

Seems pretty fair to me.
Although maybe you should put up some PvP rules for this too. like PVP, or no? I'm hoping no. Although this may have already become blatantly obvious and I'm just stupid.

Those seem pretty fair. One thing is I believe slightly wrong: admins can tell if you use TNT or lava because a notification pops up on their screen (ex.:" MEMBER jsg9494 used a lava bucket at world: x:cord,y:cord" or something like that).

I think this is a great idea, the current rules that you have put down are all very good.
